Eye Kandyglittereye

Eye Kandy is a cosmetic glitter that is made of polyester plastic. Unlike craft glitters, Eye Kandy contains no glass or metals. It is non-toxic and safe for sensitive skin as well as contact lenses.

Eye Kandy goes on easy and lasts all day and washes off with soap and water or eye-make-up remover.

Eye Kandy comes in 48 colors and two different flavors - Sprinkles (#1-40) and Sugars (#41-48). Sprinkles are a bold color that can be used as a liner or shadow. Sugars are sheerer than Sprinkles and are great to highlight and accent. Sprinkles are either Fine (F) or Super Fine (SF), although some colors are available both ways. Fine is a larger flake with a little more flash and super fine is a subtler glitter.

Liquid Sugar is NOT tested on animals and is water based and safe for contact lens wearers.

To apply Eye Kandy Sprinkles: Lightly dip the brush into the Liquid Sugar adhesive base, tap off the excess, immediately dip your brush into your selected pot of Sprinkles glitter and apply like you would a liquid liner. You can apply the glitter right above your lash line as an eye liner or, using less glitter and more base, fan it sparsely over the eyelid for a shadow. The Sprinkles glitter can be applied anywhere on your face or body for the look you want.

To apply Eye Kandy Sugars:  Using more Liquid Sugar and less glitter, dip your brush into the base, then into the glitter and brush over the entire lid. The Sugars are a sheer type of glitter and will not work as a liner. If they are applied to heavily, they will flake. The Sugars are meant to be worn sparsely as a shadow.

To use as a body glitter: After applying Liquid Sugar, use a large powder brush, tap some glitter into your palm and lightly dust the brush in the glitter then over the desired areas. The glitter can also be blended into your favorite lotion for an all over sparkle.

To use on lips: Using a lip brush, dip into base, then into the glitter and brush over your lips. Allow to fully dry before pressing your lips together.

If the glitter is too thick use more Liquid Sugar and less glitter. If the glitter is too thin, use more glitter and less Liquid Sugar Practice on the back of your hand or on the inside of your wrist until you achieve the look that you want.

As long as you do not rub the glitter, it will last all day without flaking. The liquid base takes about 30-60 seconds to air dry depending on how thickly the product is applied. Or you can use a blow dryer on a low, cool setting and hover over the area for about 20-30 seconds. The glitter might feel taut at first but it loosens up shortly. When you are ready to remove the glitter, it washes away with soap and water or a gentle eye makeup remover.

Glitter can be worn bold for an intense look or subtle for a daytime work or school look.

Experiment with white and black pencil liners and various shadows underneath the glitter. A white base will lighten the color and a dark base will give the color more depth.

Use with, or as, tattoos. Paint around tattoos, bindis, henna or other body art for a dramatic accent. Dancers, cheerleaders, performers, gymnasts, rock stars, moms, kids, dj's, roller derby chicks; use your favorite stencils to create incredible body art.

Mix colors for a signature look. Try layering colors side-by-side or top and bottom. Experiment and enjoy.

Most importantly have fun! Glitter is a blast for all ages. Kids and adults love glitter and there's a color for everyone. Give it as a gift or keep it for yourself. Have an Eye Kandy party and share it with your friends. Have a blast!!
